Global Cloudflare outage paralyzes the world’s largest online services

Today, November 18, 2025, major internet provider Cloudflare experienced an unprecedented failure that triggered a massive network collapse and made dozens of the world’s most popular services unavailable.

Users report full or partial outages of Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), as well as streaming platforms YouTube and Spotify. Google services and ChatGPT were also partially affected.

Cloudflare — which provides CDN, DNS, and cybersecurity for millions of websites — has already confirmed a large-scale technical issue that hit its entire global infrastructure. Users worldwide are seeing the 500 Internal Server Error message, indicating a critical internal failure within the provider’s systems.
